I would personally go for the 02 which offers the twin turbo V6 over the 04 which has no turbo but a beefy V8 with 340+hp (Unless you dont care about gas prices) You could put a chip in the V6 and probably make it as fast as the V8. I did some research on boosting the V8 but that will cost you a pretty penny.
