If It were me, I'd much rather wait an extra day or two to save up to 250$. Why would you be so hard on the shop ESPECIALLY when you're saving some good coin?
I mean, yea..UPS sucks balls, everyone knows that. Add in a little confusion into the mix and you're bound to get bad customer service.
200$ savings > 'not so great' customer service.
Oh BTW are you Jewish? $24.06 isn't that bad, I've paid $1,200 dollars before for COMPLETELY shitty engine work.
