yeah i called them to schedule dyno tuned and i had called them at least 10 times and spoke to them over the phone and finally set up the time.but they kept cancelling on me and keep poseponding my appointment and then never heard from them again.and then next day i have heard one member from tr got his car tuned by them. so they kept me waiting for like 7 days. i couldnt go anywhere without tune..so i had it tuned by john.
they are not really responsible and professional..at least the way they treat their customers.i will never go there again

Thats the mother fucker that went off in mitsu tech, hes also the reason i will never step foot near that shop. It's a shame a shop has to be put down because of the carelessness/unprofessionalism of one of the people there. Especially the fucking owner/co-owner of the shop.

This is all I can say guys. A manager, Xavier, has now been put in place to mostly run the shop. Whatever problems you've experienced with Jamil you will not experience with Xavier or myself. When/If you call the shop ask to speak with Xavier and/or Alpha. I promise you will be taken care of

If you were treated this way. I am sorry. I try to handle the tuning schedule but I get very busy at times and HAD to rely on Jamil. We do travel quite a bit for business. Again. Ask for Xavier if I am not available. I shouldnt even be on here but I want to clear this up as we have a good group of guys at the shop and they shouldn't suffer for one employee's unprofessionalism. Either way you got a good tune. Mtber is a good friend of our's
