The bottom line is if you buy something from a shop you should be able to go to the shop and get your item. Good deal or not what happened was b.s. Why on gods green earth would a shop have something delivered that was cod anyways. My question is, why didn't the shop write a check since they had her money already. It's a bunch of crap if you ask me.
