If you get it repainted that's one thing. If the paint is missing in any areas, it should be filled with the proper touch up paint (at least 2 applications, usually). Clear coat should always be used afterwards. If airbrushed properly, you will be able to help disguise the scratch without repainting. Just make sure you take it to a very reputable shop to have it done and you shouldn't have any problems. They will buff it properly, as well, which will also help to blend the paint.
