Though, I fear it still may be with the wiring. Take all the other amps out of the picture. Only put in that amp. Fixed? Try putting in another amp, if it still works, recheck wiring while putting in third (assuming you have that many).
Still have the issue? Might just be the amp itself. Get a new amp! new technology rocks, the market doesn't.
