I have an older 1kwatt amp, it cuts in and out during play. But it doesnt lose power. It just pulses, and seems to not want to produce bass. I broke it open, and looked but nothing seemed wrong with the board. What could be the issue?

And yes it has brand new wiring/fuses so thats not the issue.
