the blocks are not the same. the ctr motor has a shorter deck height. that combined with the shorter stroke makes it a 1.6l. the ctr blcok has nothing in common with the itr blcok. and in 2001 i believe that the itr used the same spec cams as the earlier model ctr. correct me if im wrong...
