Not to mention Brandons fiasco of wrecking his bike via wheelie the first week he got it (he had the road rash to prove it). I'm sure the next time he grabbed some throttle there was a little bit of fear/hesitation. As with most things the more you experience the same thing the less and less scary it is. I think that fear can keep you out of trouble in some situations, it's probably better than the opposite (ie people riding with reckless abandon and no fear). The big question is are you conscious enough with yourself and your abilities that you can keep from using that extra bit of throttle. That you know your personally not prepared for the events that might take place by that action. If the question to that answer is an honest yes, than it really shouldn't matter what bike your on.
