fully built if its done right will b light years better than any stock ls setup...hence the terms FULLY BUILT! there are plenty of single cams puttin down 400+ that are reliable daily drivers.

to answer your question though yes you will make 250-300 on a built ls at 10-15 pounds. but it also depend a lot on how well its tuned, turbo size, intercooler setup, turbo mani, etc.....theres a lot of factors when trying to predict an acutal hp number. but its a guarantee that anything fully built will hold up better than anything stock.
