What I can also add is do not do this to your daily driver that must serve as your main source of transportation.
I think it would be easier and cheaper to find a low millage explorer engine and add some good head gaskets and studs.If the tune is right it should live a long time.
yes the motor is the foundation not wanting to cheap it out i want a solid motor ... this is gonna take some time
