A bad TPS was my problem. All the info you need is in the FSM on how to test the TPS. If that's bad and there's no vacuum leaks, check the BACV next.

yeah, a bad TPS, a bad BAC, and an s5 air pump with no belt on it...
well, look in the bright side, they're all new so next time we can just rule those out... lol
