Your going to spend 2800, plus labor (lubricate your ass here) TS gets $110.hr last I knew. 600 has been made on the stock block. There are plenty of ppl here who can swap it out. Then you can go back and get tuned. Your going to spend 6g there for 2g here. And gain nothing but a built short block you diddent need.
