hey whats up peeps... im up in Alpharetta, GA getting my car worked on @ TopSpeed. i dropped the car off this morning for them to figure out what was wrong with it and they said that they did a pressure test that turned out alright, but when they did a leakdown test on cylinder 1 it came up 46% or something like that (i dont know what that means...)

..they said my two options are to either get a new shortblock which will end up costing $4xxx or building the block which they say will cost twice that.. they think that one of the piston rings is messed up or something.

I just wanted to know before i go any further with ordering a new shortblock and all the parts that all this adds up.. goes this all sound right to everyone? 4k is a big chunk o' change.
