Don't plead no-contest. NO CONTEST IS THE SAME AS PLEADING GUILTY. You'll see that plastered all over the place when it comes time, and the judge will probably remind you of that.
so then mr knowledge of that is law and traffic related....how do you advise this man to plea when two police officers are staring at him from their benches when he is called to stand?
IF he please NOT-GUILTY he has NO chance of winning, none, it will be a drug out ordeal and the judge will get PISSED OFF that this guy is here wasting his time on something he was OBVIOUSLY guilty of...
