bring it to court, depending on your driving record either you can represent yourself or get a lawyer.

the reason why i say that is if you alreayd have points on your license, you're just some joe schmoe in a courtroom arguing with a professional (the cop) on your point of view in the matter. the judge will take the cops side all day. if you have hired a lawyer to argue for you, he is also seen in the eyes of the courtroom as a professional on the matter.. and the judge will give more consideration to his opinion against the officer.

personally ive fought 2 different tickets self represented and i won both cases.

so then mr knowledge of that is law and traffic related....how do you advise this man to plea when two police officers are staring at him from their benches when he is called to stand? IF he please NOT-GUILTY he has NO chance of winning, none, it will be a drug out ordeal and the judge will get PISSED OFF that this guy is here wasting his time on something he was OBVIOUSLY guilty of...

..I seriously doubt you've broken the law enough times to have any REAL knowledge of this matter

god damn man, do you really have a clue about anything?

my .02 is to drop it off at the lawyer for 150 and forget about it. they will plead no contest for you and no points will be on your record or show up on your insurance.

At the end of the day.A good lawyer like dennis,ty trainer.thomas bolger are all going to more then likely win your case.If you go in person and no lawyer you are looking at 50/50 chance.I always get a lawyer nowasays and haven't lost any case yet.Crosses fingers.

i have a court date for march 24 for 50mph over and i went with dennis lopez.

if you can find a way to extend the court date to the end of march, i will let you know what happens to me. most likely not but just saying.

i you do go with dennis, your court date will most likely be sometime in april.
