If the cop doesn't show up it will get thrown out. If he shows, plea no contest.

Lawyers...
During my last trip to the courts in Lake County, there was a lawyer representing a bunch of people. The lawyers have the ability to summon logs & check for mistakes. If they find those mistakes they can ask that your case be dismissed. There was more than 1 cop with logs on them & the lawyer found mistakes such as incorrect times & dates logged which he used to have the tickets dismissed...
