...yea first time I got that code (it was actually p0171, same problem) I changed my fuel filter and it was all fine...possibilities can also be a vacuum leak, check if there are any look...in my case, the twg hose was ripped a little and I replace it to fix it...or putting in cheaper gas (like my mom did accidentaly), but thats not it in your case...or a misfire in a bank...I suggest you type "p0170" in search in TR. ClubWRX.net, and in NASIOC...google might also work by putting "wrx p0170"...I hope you find a solution!
