How much does he make or how much does the company make?
Theres a big difference. Most of our crew make on an average of $15/hr with no experience, just what they've learned with the company. Didn't start there but that's after about 2 years or so.
Now the one that repels probably makes about $30-$35/hr. But he's been doing this for about 25 years.
The company on the other hand, gets $185/hour for him to repel. Sometimes more, depending on the building.
