mine takes a second to start in the cold morning, but it starts right up when its warm out. if its only having a problem starting up after its been sitting in the freezing cold, thats probably normal, like The_One said, the intake temps are so cold.

if you have the problem all the time, rain snow sun whatever, there is probably a deeper issue.
