did he take a picture? cuz if he didn't then just go ahead and buy them, put them on before your court date and that one will probably get thrown out. i don't know much about the exhaust, i would think that as long as it isn't too loud, which would be bullshit anyway cuz harley pipes are so loud i can't even think when i'm next to one...
