I drove literally a month without using the clutch since my slave cylinder died, then my master. When I would come to a stop, I'd turn it off, then leave it in first till I had to start going.

To shift, I would rev match. It felt weird actually using a clutch again once I fixed it. Occasionally I try not using it as well.
