I think you didn't get my post. On top of doing a KA-T setup, buy a spare motor in case this one blows since you are staying with a stock motor.
You can do a budget setup like this... (these are still good quality parts)

Megan bottom mount manifold $200
S14 or S15 turbo $300-$400 used
Megan elbow and downpipe $120
Greddy or megan hotpipe w/ BOV $150
Front Mount ebay Kit $225
Oil lines $50
SR injectors $50
AFC + Tuning $300-$350 <- This is the piggyback.. it is what is used to tune your ECU

Typically when we do these setups, you get around 210-240 rwhp and they last quite a while. Get a backup motor just in case !!
