Yea I have no idea if this applies to Z32's.
I just was basing it off S12's, Z31's, a couple Isuzu's, and I think it was a Maxima of some sort. They all had that made to fail plastic piece. Sorry for any confusion.

Edit: I just realized my first post was vague, I don't mean the electrical plug to the switch, I mean the piece that hits the switch.

I assume the best bet is still to crawl under the dash and look at the brake pedal/switch, and work from there.
