Sure you can drive the car back to tampa. The engine that's on it now, doesn't seen to smoke, or burn any oil. I got the motor for free, because I help a friend install a D16Y8 in to his CRX. I remember he changed the spark plugs, it has got new NGK wires. water pump and Timing belt. I only changed the rear main seal, because it was leaking oil trough there.

Yesterday I drove it to a town that's about 86 miles back and forth. I went and got a better hood for free. It drove fine all the way, and back. But there was two problems: the speedo will stop working when you come to a stop. then when the car star moving again. it doesn't work right away. It will take a while before it works. another thing is the turn signals don't work either. I've checked all fuses, and they check out Ok. I didn't know any of these problems before. I just got the shell off of a trade.
