If you've not tuned for the TBE yet (I understand your post to mean you have never had the car tuned), you'll benefit from a tune for that.

If you don't have a catless up-pipe yet, do that before you bother with a tune.

As for the CAI itself, unless the piping where the MAF sensor sits is different than 65mm (OEM size) or unless the bends in the Process West CAI are very different than the stock setup, you really have incredibly little to gain from a tune just for its sake. If the piping diameter IS different, you will want to get a tune and have the OEM ECU MAF scaling map tuned for the new slightly offset placement of the MAF sensor.

Do the up-pipe then get tuned.
