I know they are street legal in the UK, is it even possible to make one street legal here (doesn't a vehicle have to be crash test rated before it becomes street legal in the states)? As for a 13b rotary engine in an atom, total possible, it would just require loads of custom fabrication. The advantage would be a lighter motor with higher top end potential in a 500 kilogram car.
