they dont know what they are talking about dude. first what "street" convertor 3200 are they talking about? if they are talking about the 3200 vigilante, then stop talking to them now! lol. Tom Bryne knows his stuff, his wife SHOULD know what she is talking about, but i dont know what is going on. i have delt with him a few times. :shrug: the vig 3200 stalls at 3600 rpms so the stall speeds are teh SAME with the convertors. as for suspension mods, sure they are nice, but on automatics, they are not as important as on the shocking 6 speed cars. cars have gone deep into 1.6 and better on 100% stock suspension pieces in bigger stall cars.

and i just reread your post, NO WAY is it true that you couldnt use the SS3600 with stock suspension pieces.
