well both convertors are very similar stall speed, just dont be confused about how Vig rates thier units. also if you are gonna run a bigger convertor like the two mentioned and the tranny is out, get the internals beefed up, bigger stronger clutches (blue or red), hardened sun shell, etc. i am VERY happy with my Art Carr 4L60e parts. otherwise the tranny will crap out fast. these convertors hit SO hard. tranny cooler is a must as well. they are cheap protection. lots to think about huh?
oh and if you arent spraying the car, either convertor are still good. only differnce is the yank is more efficient from a roll. i Love my yank and previous units built by yank in other cars.
