Yeah use the 83mm hone. I've used an 89mm ball hone on an 81mm setup and that worked ok too.
Just remember to oil the hone with 30wt oil and move quickly. Don't stay in a cylinder for more than 10 seconds. After 10 seconds remove the hone and check the finish on the walls. If it is good then move to the next cylinder.
