Yeah, either buy the recirc kit for it, or slap on a 1G and call it a day. You definently need the recirc kit for the HKS SSQBOV on our cars. Also, is the BOV itself seated properly? Do you have the red gasket ring installed properly underneath the bov and the c-clip installed properly? Also make sure that the connection on the flange of the I/C pipe is nice and tight.

As the others have said, you may have leaks elsewhere too. Hopefully this is the problem spot though.
