I dont think there is much of a demand for modified cars. There is a reason why people generally part out their hard work instead of selling it for practically nothing over stock.
u would be very suprised, and u only see ppl parting there cars b/c 1 they are getting out of the scene. 2 having a kid and need money or 3. got caught racing and got there lic. taken away
