what block? It costs me about 1400 bux to sleeve my B18 block, But it also can hold 40+ lbs of boost and i also did have it bored out to 84mm (2.0) also. No1 in the state of florida as far as i know/told puts after market sleeves in a block. Look up Dart/ Golden Eagle etc etc.
I'm just nitpicking here, but I would hope that your sleeved block can hold a LOT more than 40psi of pressure
