what block? It costs me about 1400 bux to sleeve my B18 block, But it also can hold 40+ lbs of boost and i also did have it bored out to 84mm (2.0) also. No1 in the state of florida as far as i know/told puts after market sleeves in a block. Look up Dart/ Golden Eagle etc etc.

Ill have to double check the material compatability, but sleeving a block is relatively easy. Once the deck has the proper pattern cnc'd in, just punch them in. What size/ Sidewall thickness etc.

I'm just nitpicking here, but I would hope that your sleeved block can hold a LOT more than 40psi of pressure

what i'm saying is, the sleeves don't hold boost pressure. They hold combustion pressure, which is usually well over 1000psi of pressure. I bet ya I could get a stock honda block to hold together from 40psi of boost pressure too, but it'd be from a T25

See what I'm saying? You're saying the wrong thing here. Good choice in sleeves though, they are good for over 1000hp in race apps
