[using an unknown user name for safety reasons]
ok so theres this kid thats turning 18 soon that i know that i hate so much that i wanna hurt him so bad and do things i cant say online to hurt him.. ok the reason is that i want to get him into trouble, hes driving w/o a license and no insurance and driving a car that doesn't even belong to him. what can i do to get him into trouble? and what do i do? turn the tag name in? i can get his address and i can get his tag. and what can happen to this person if they get into trouble?
