Seriously if he is driving without a lic., and no insurance, he is bound to get pulled over. All it takes it some cop to pull up run tags and see no insurance and there you go....
As fr you wanting to "hurt" him, it reminds me of girls back in high school wanting to go after other girls. Just be a man and handle your problems the right way, instead of hiding behind an alias, and asking for tips to fuck with some kid.
