If you going to build a motor, than these things would all be changed regardless if your building 302 based or 351...
If your staying with a 302 you could re-use these parts, unless you seen some damage or they were wore out;
headers,
lower intake,
motor mounts,
oil pan and pickup if you had to replace(pretty sure, but may be not the pan),
flywheel,
harmonic balancer,
front accessory brackets,
or distributer.
If you go 351, you have to replace them no matter what.
