if you already have a 302 based setup and existing components you'll have to swap out quite a few pieces, however if you're starting from scratch (new block, etc) I'd say knock it out as you'll be buying parts regardless.

I say do it, but then again that is what i'm putting in the 70... so i'm a little biased..
