when i had this happen to me, i did 3 things 1.got another battery2. got a bigger ground wire 3. got a different ground source and it has yet to happen to me again, it sounds like you have the same problem but i could be wrong, i did all the same things you did, i even bought new RCA's and i ran a new remote wire i hope you solve your problem, good luck
