again, don't brake launch, you're going to need a new torque converter, which is upwards of 700 bucks for a stock replacement... if you want to shift like a manual and save your torque converter, save the money and get a shift kit, like the one on IPT Performance Transmissions Torque Converters and Transmission Parts for Ford, GM, Chrysler, and Import vehicles its about the same as a new torque converter, and will give you complete control over the transmission
or else just floor it and let the transmission shift as it will, because otherwise you're going to destroy your tranny shifting it from 1 to 2 to 3 to D...
