check the torque on the steering head bearings, double check the tires, check the suspension settings.

If its just shaking when he lets go, *it may be normal "deceleration wobble" although it may be very slight, it's there on some bikes.

If its doing that constantly, then something definitely changed recently. good luck pinpointing where it is.
