probly like a 25mph zone and the harley flipped the element over... i used to own 1 and they arnt very top heavy.

A full bagger Harley dry weight is 900lbs. Add all of the added police gear (lighting, wiring, communications, stuff in bags, etc) and your looking at easily a 1700lbs bike.
