Yes, it's comparable to a small non BB T25. Most guys with 1.6L SOHC civics are maxing out at 250whp @ 15psi with that turbo. I'd say it's too small for a 2.4L even at low boost, get at least a 16g or better yet a 20g if your staying with mitsu turbos.
