i need to know whats the highest safest horse power u can get from a greddy 15g turbo with out blowing something.....

the 15g is a good turbo to run up to 14 pounds on, anything more you should go super 16 or 20g.

a super 16 g would be on the lines of the t28, but ive seen 16s and super 16s running 18+

Yes, it's comparable to a small non BB T25. Most guys with 1.6L SOHC civics are maxing out at 250whp @ 15psi with that turbo. I'd say it's too small for a 2.4L even at low boost, get at least a 16g or better yet a 20g if your staying with mitsu turbos.
