S13s are, if anything, underrated. Their parts abundance is depleeting rapidly as they become more and more popular. Regardless, they're a boring car IMHO.

no never said cheap to build. but by far one of the cheapest to bbuy. i see them on craigslist in the low hundreds across florida all the time.
