This is news to me... I got a 101mph in a 65mph zone (HCSO) and it was not marked court appearance required. I got a lawyer,
Keith A. Warshofsky, P.A. , anyway as I have some other tickets on my record. I still had to pay the fine but the lawyer got the points dropped. I got the ticket coming home from this past Bike Week in Daytona, so it was after Oct. 2006.
