Did it and it seemed to cure a bit of the problem. Still kinda slugish at times. I use an ITG filter which is foam and use very very little oil so I'm going to keep using it the same way. A few roads I drive have had serious construction on them lately so it may just be the amount of dirt on them that caused it.
