it really depends on what your goals are. if you're looking for a stupid amount of power, then yeah sure, use that one. you would have to change your driving habits a bit to stay in boost, but that isn't that much of an issue... turbo lag is only an issue if you are stubborn and don't want to change your ways.
some turbos work better than others, but they all do the same thing... so the really simple answer is, yes, it will boost your car.
they say that the bigger turbos are for bigger engines because the bigger engines move more exhaust and therefore, spool a bigger turbo easier resulting in less turbo lag... but at 7,000 rpms, it doesn't really matter.
