Something is either disconnected or loose. Especially if you say the battery is fine and the starter is grounded correctly and has power. The starter should turn when you turn the key unless you have a short somewhere. Check all your connections again. It still could be a bad ground. Is the starter making any noise when you try to start the car?
So I must have a short somewhere. I checked the relays and they seem fine. The starter is grounded ive checked it with a mulitmeter. if the ground was faulty could that still cause it to cliam its grounded but not be good enough to start?
