Agreed. Its all in the hooking. Thats how cars that deadhook stomp the everloving shit out of cars with much more power than them. Suspension is as much an art as a science. With will adujustable suspension you're tweaking and adjusting your car every single run trying to get that extra time. As you said, Chuck, these tire kickers with barely fast cars probably don't deal with this, but once you get into serious times it becomes quite a handful. By the same token, the tire kickers in road racing (which there are less of I'm sure. The cost is preventative) probably just start up and go without the parts they should have to effectivley road race.
